Product information options in Products missing

    I have a problem with a site that I have been maintaining for a long time. Namely, when I enter the products in the Product Information section, there is not a single option anymore… there are only tabs.

    I am also sending a screenshot.

    Do you have any idea what it could be?
    I have a couple of other online stores that I maintain, but I don’t have this problem at any of them.
    I tried clearing the cache, tried in incognito tab but it’s the same.

    Theme: Woodmart
    WooCommerce version 8.9.1
    Wordpress version 6.5.2

    Hello,

    There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keeps the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    If you are so sure that it is a plugin, why don’t you tell me which one. I’ve had all these plugins that you see for 2 years and so far this problem has not happened.

    I think that you as support, which is paid by the user, should start solving the problem right away and not tell me to turn off all the plugins one by one and if I don’t solve the problem to contact you again and wait more than 20 hours again for the answer!

    This is a waste of time for me and the client whose site is. It is a real problem for me because you don’t care and you don’t want to start solving the problem!

    If you had looked in inspect, you would have seen that the options are visible in HTML and that for some reason display: none; its added so that the options would be hidden or not displayed… I really don’t know which of these plugins can do that!!!

    I turned off most of the plugins that could cause this and everything is the same!

    I have 3 other sites I’ve built at Woodmart and I don’t have this problem!

    Please make a full backup of your site and check how it works with the default WordPress theme like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not.

    No, that’s out of the question with a client site. If that is the only solution you can suggest, I insist that you forward me to another colleague who is willing to help and delve deeper into this problem. Ever since I’ve known about Woodmart I’ve had nothing but problems with you even with simpler problems!

    So I insist that you put me in touch with another colleague or I will do something else by contacting your management because I am really sick of this.

    I’ve been paying for support of this Theme for so long only to have you tell me to switch to another Theme on the client’s site without even looking at my previous message and screenshots, not to mention if you even tried to access it wp-admin panel to inspect the problem!

    This is how things are, I didn’t try to move to another Theme because I found java script code that solved the problem, but I won’t accept this as a solution until you look at what it is about and where the problem with your Theme is. This code revert display: none; and returned all the options that were turned off!

    There’s still a problem and this time either you fix it or I’m really going to take this to the next level, I’m sick of playing. Now when I see all the options they don’t work!

    When I add an existing attribute for a product, the tab doesn’t open to select the already existing values ​​I defined in the attributes!

    I want someone to access my site and test it, to see what it’s all about because my client and I don’t want to put up with this!!!!!!

    So do something, anything, test, find a solution or else I will go public about how Woodmart support works and how they treat their customers who pay for that same support…this is unacceptable to me that no one is trying to access solving this problem!!!

    The issue is because of any 3rd party plugins on the site. I have deactivated all the 3rd party plugins and now the options are showing fine: https://ibb.co/BcQNRbR

    Please activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin has created the issue for you. There is no issue with the theme and theme plugins.

    Now it is ok. The problem is solved.

    I have another question regarding position of buttons in mobile view.

    I need this buttons to be like in the photo named “This is how it should be” and on the photo named “Actuall position of buttons” you can see how the buttons are currently positioned.

    I tried to make them full width and i tried to move them but without success.

    Buttons must be next to each other at full width or below each other at full width.

    Also the quantity indicator and the “in stock” indicator must be full size and below each other.
