woocommerce/single-product/related.php
woocommerce/single-product/up-sells.php

find this string: 'product_quantity' => woodmart_get_opt( 'product_quantity' ) and change to this one: 'product_quantity' => woodmart_get_opt( 'product_quantity' ) ? 'enable' : 'disable',
