EcommerceParticipantHi,
When I import a few different themes, shifts occur in areas such as header and menu. Can you please check the problem?

Hung PhamKeymasterHi Ecommerce,
Thanks for reaching to us.
First of all, I’m really sorry have taken long time to reply you due to the weekend.
It looks like you were trying to import demos many times without resetting site. I recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

EcommerceParticipantHello, I am summarizing the situation in order to understand correctly, I would like to ask for your support on the relevant issue.
-We created our live website in staging mode by copying it thanks to the feature of the hosting company. The purpose of doing this is to build a new site with the woodmart theme without losing customer and order data. After backing up our site with staging, we disabled the plugins and then installed Woodmart by importing the demo. Based on what has been explained, what kind of setup should we do in order not to lose our past data?

Hung PhamKeymasterHi Ecommerce,
Thanks for sharing details.
By default, if you installed WoodMart theme and imported demo content – without resetting database then old data won’t be deleted. Then with the help of the import functionality of Elementor you can export and import templates into new site, more detail is here: https://elementor.com/help/template-library/
With other data, you can go to Tools > Export to export to make a backup if you want.
Hope it helps.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi Ecommerce,
First of all, sorry for all inconveniences.
Please let me describe in details: In the original question and according to the screenshot, there are duplicated menu items – which caused by multi times import so I told that you can use Reset plugin to reset database to import fresh demo content – and noticed you reset will remove all content was necessary. However, I didn’t notice that your site already had content before.
After got that you don’t want to lose content, then I guided you to export existing content via Tools > Export to make backup in case you install WoodMart theme.
Regarding the Homepage, can you please describe in more details with screenshots for better understanding? this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.
I am appreciate your patience and will always here to assist you.

EcommerceParticipantIt looks like there is already an existing homepage on our site. I sent you the home page image at the beginning of the request. There is no home page in the pages area of the Wp admin panel. Where do we find and edit the homepage?
