    I have changed my logo on the default header of my theme, but it keeps showing. woodmart logo: I tried to change it with Elementor, but it stays the same. I am confused. I bought this theme to change it easily – I dont know why it is so complicated

    Please clarify the URL of the site you use.

    Also, which password should I use for logging?

    Check this article – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extend-or-renew-Item-Support there is described how long the support is available. In general, it can be from 6 months to 1 year.

    One more thing: no matter what method I use—customization of the child theme or Elementor—no changes take effect. I don’t know how many areas I need to tweak to change the color of my banner, etc.

    Sorry for the inconvenience but we are not working on the weekends which is why the reply was late.

    I saw the shared access to the domain but I am unable to access to the admin panel, there just settings of the domain provided but there is no such a button – https://prnt.sc/yxBTS1NTuRVi

    You can install a plugin related to “temporary access” to the admin panel and send me a temporary link to the account via the private area.

    Thanks for your reply. I understand that weekends are not working days. I have mostly solved the problem. However, as you also noticed, my mobile site is not showing the logo. I figured out how to customize my header and slider for both mobile and desktop views. I have already uploaded my logo in the mobile section within the header banner, but it’s still not showing.

    I figured out how to change the images on my sliders. However, I am now missing the auto-change animation of images in the slider, and I am also struggling to figure out how to change the color of the typography on those sliders. At the moment, my images are light and the type color is white, which is not what I want. Please help me understand how to change the color of the typography on the slider.

    I have made temporary access as you suggested.

    1. Try to enable this https://prnt.sc/NKT3oTJLjfoE option for the mobile logo.

    2. The “auto-change animation” can be adjusted via the settings of the slider itself, navigate to Dashboard -> Slides -> Sliders and edit an appropriate slider -> change the speed here – https://prnt.sc/GWths4XjPDDH (currently it is 25 seconds)

    To change the color of the typography, you need to edit the slider item via page builder -> edit the element you want to change and in the “Style” tab set the color per your needs – https://prnt.sc/RJzuSSj2Uphk

    Thanks, the logo is now showing in Elementor edit. However, as you can see, it is sitting at the bottom, and there is extra space on top between the announcement banner and the header. How do I center the logo and reduce the padding on top? I cant share an image here.

    2. At the moment I see that you have changed the position of the Logo: https://take.ms/5hLyy

    In general, the size of the logo depends on three factors:

    1) The maximum specified width in the “Logo width” option (https://prnt.sc/23pdtty). The logo cannot be wider than the “Logo width” value.

    2) The height of the row in which this logo is located (https://prnt.sc/23pdvit). The logo cannot be higher than the row of the header in which it is located.

    3) The dimensions of the logo image and its aspect ratio (https://prnt.sc/23pemgh). The logo cannot become larger than its physical dimensions.

    The “Logo width” option only sets the maximum width of the logo. For example, if its physical image size is 280px (https://prnt.sc/23pf0iz), then with this option you can set the size from 10px to 280px. In this case, any other value higher than 280 px will not do because for this you need to increase the physical size of the image in the image editor.

    3. You need to edit the Slidet itself to remove that button, navigate to Dashboard -> Slides -> edit an appropriate slide using your page builder – https://take.ms/xvfNq
