Critical site error Woodmart AND Woocommerce

    I just bought Woodmart and installed it. However, the second Woocommerce is installed on the website I am getting a critical error on the website. Once I activate another theme in combination with Woocommerce there is no issue. When I activate Woodmart AND deactivate Woocommerce, there is no issue.

    This critical site error happens with Woodmart in combination with Woocommerce.

    Hello,

    There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hi there,

    Yes, the 3rd party plugin causing this error is Woocommerce. Once I deactivate Woocommerce there is no error like I stated in the forst message. Please see below for instructions to login.

    Update: I managed to get it to work. I have updated all plugins and installed them via FTP. It works now.

    However, now the standard Elementor pages are not there anymore. Shop archive layout (to change the shop pages), Single product layout (to change product pages), and the pages in the cart, checkout etc. Why can’t they be edited with Elementor anymore?

    Could you please take a look? I added the login information with my previous message.

    I have found that you have not created any custom layout for those pages. Please add the custom layout then you will be able to apply those ELementor editor layouts on the shop archive, cart and checkout pages. https://ibb.co/k2T9XF1

    Hi Aizaz,

    Thank you. We wil get on to that as soon as possible.

    How can it be that the Demo import Kids or Furniture for example does have the layouts pre-installed but Sweets Bakery does not have the layouts pre-installed?

    Hello,

    Yes, we have set the different demos with different layouts. In some demos, we do not use the custom layouts which is why they were not imported on the site with the demo content.
