Woodmard cart and checkout not translate

    Hello,
    I’ve tried translating the theme via loco translate, synchronising the theme and the Core extension several times, but the shopping basket and order pages are still in English. I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins, keeping only Woocommerce active with the theme in troubleshooting mode, but the problem persists. Going back to a generic theme, no problem. Could you take a look? Thanks a lot

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    + In order to change / translate words. Please make sure you synced the strings first before changing / translating WooCommerce, WoodMart Core plugins and WoodMart theme. You can refer to article

    + You are also need to select the language for the backend and theme settings for admin from the admin user profile, please edit the user’s profile and then select the language for that user it will show the same on the backend.

    Yes, the synchronisation has been done for Woocommerce, Woodmart Core and WoodMart theme. The translations are in place but not taken into account. The site is in French and we have forced the user language to be French too. The translation works but not on all parts of woocommerce, in this case the basket, the order and some account pages.

    1. Registration

    Please go to Theme Settings > My Account > Login / Register and you can change Registration text. https://ibb.co/z57rKMV

    2. Remain strings

    I tried to sync strings but received 504 error message https://prnt.sc/fG_P80DzmFso You can contact to hosting provider for more details.

    Please note that translations are not completed, there are many untranslated strings so you need to translate yourself.

    Hi there,
    Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we are unable to reproduce the 504 error on our side, the sync does indeed indicate remaining translations, but if we take one of the strings from the basket, it appears translated. However, when you save and go to the loco translate info page, the file still appears unsynchronised from the POT file. Perhaps there’s a clue here?
