Error updating latest version 7.6.0

    Hello!

    I have tried several times to update the latest version of the theme, but I get the following error:

    An error occurred while updating Woodmart: The package could not be unzipped. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    My current version of the woodmart theme is 7.5.1

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    Hello,

    I followed the steps indicated and I always get the same error when deactivating and activating the theme again, trying to update from appearance > Themes, as from the desktop > updates

    Please temporarily disable all plugins not related to our theme and send us your FTP access so we can check it further.

    I don’t have access to FTP, only to WordPress, what do you need to update in FTP? To ask their IT team
