Save changes – WPBakery Page Builder

    I am trying to save changes that i made with WPBakery Page Builder but not all of them get saved.

    Here 2 pictures for clarification.

    Image “1” is the WPBakery. (the one i am trying to save)
    Image “2” is the one that show in my website.

    My problem:
    I save the WPBakery Image”1″ (the one with the text) but it keep the image change without the text Image “2”.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and provide admin access we shall check the issue.

    This is how I see your site http://prntscr.com/jmwtkt it is the same as image 1. Please check again and clarify the problem.

    In order to test how WP Bakery elements are saved, I have also added a text block and saved. Everything works properly. http://prntscr.com/jmwu3k Now I have deleted the block.

    Perhaps it is browser cache. Press ctrl F5 to refresh and check.
