First of all, I’m really sorry have taken long time to reply you.

You can create a dev site and import any template there, then with the help of the import functionality of Elementor you can export HTML Blocks, more detail is here: https://elementor.com/help/template-library/

Devsite – also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:

1. I kindly recommend you to create HTML Blocks and use Marquee widget https://prnt.sc/aPD2FpQi27yI

2. Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon) or you can go through admin bar directly https://prnt.sc/Ct9ehRDvvDV9.

And add HTML / Block element and select created HTML / Block in #1.

And, A further question comes to mind, is it possible to make the header into 4 lines?
Maybe that’s a bit much.But I might actually use it

If we can’t add a row to the header, I think the alternative is to add a scroll direction to the marquee. That is from bottom to top or from top to bottom.
So I can put this HTML Block in the middle of the top bar and let the text flip up and down, which would be cool. At the same time, there is no need to delete other components of the top bar.
