Hi, I am using plugin “discount rules from Flycart”. I am trying to use a discount rule which should show specified products in cart in native woocommerce “you may be interested in” products. The problem is when in Cart Layout in Elementor I insert to block “products (grid or carousel)” and I choose “cross sells”, the cross sells (you may be interested in) products from the flycart plugin do not appear. Do you have any clue where should I check to make the cross sell from the plugin visible ? Here is the video showing how it should work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PKBSN9r8acw

    Hello,

Try to disable the custom layout for the cart page and check the issue. You can do this in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Layouts.

    Best Regards.

Can you take a look at this page? “you may be interested in” uses <div class=”cross-sells”> and in your template for cross sell theme is using this block: <div class=”wd-product-grid-slide”. Is there any way to use in your template <div class=”cross-sells”> ? this might help to solve my case

    Hello,

Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart, and Checkouts. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages. Please use our theme widget “Products Grid or Carousel” and choose the data source cross-sell product in the cart layout.

Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

    Best Regards

    Hello,

Now check back your site and check the cross sells product. Make sure that you have configured the cross sells product.

Thank you for this, but I know how regular woocommerce cross sell products work and I know how to configure it. But thank you for the time you tried to help me.

But in this case you have to make configuration in the basket to make it possible to see “what so called by the producer of the discount rules for woocommerce plugin” “you may be interested in” products. The “you may be interested in” products can be configured in the plugin and the should be displayed in the cart, but for some reason woodmart theme is blocking those products from displaying. So I thought maybe you know the reason why is that, and could do something to have these products visible 🙂

    Hello,

Actually, your mentioned concern is related to a third-party plugin, because according to the Envato Policy, we don’t provide Support for third-party Plugin issues.

Please try using the theme-related feature I’ve implemented in your custom layout.

    Best Regards

Ok, but I see you dont want to understand the issue I am facing with. Maybe plugin producer will fix this in the future but for now woodmart theme is blocking displaying THEIRS (plugin producer) what-so-called “cross-sells” which ARE NOT related to woocommerce cross sells at all. Their cross-sells is THEIR OWN way to display particular products in the cart, which were specified in plugin’s created discount rule.

I thought I might get a tip from you how could I try to resolve this on my side, because woodmart theme is clearly blocking their solution.

    Hello,

We have reviewed your website but, unfortunately, we are still unclear on how the final configured version should appear. We also tested it with the default Storefront theme and did not see cross-sell products displayed either. Please verify how this functionality works with the standard theme, and if it works as expected, kindly set it up correctly on the standard theme and leave it as is, so we can observe the proper appearance and configuration.

    Best Regards.
