    Hi, how do I connect the variant color to a specific product picture variant?

    Hello,

    Please edit Product Attribute and enable Change product image on attribute click option https://prnt.sc/OFlxnJhoLRbm

    Then, edit the terms of the attribute and upload Image Swatch.

    Enable the Additional variations images option in Theme Settings > Shop > Variable products: https://take.ms/aRzS2 and upload appropriate images to the variations: https://take.ms/MiDHc Then the images will change by clicking on the swatches.

    Hi, thanks, I followed all your steps, yet it’s still not working – please see the screenshot. I also would like to change the word “Color” – translate it into czech language. I tried loco translator and translated it there but it also not working. thank you

    Hello,

    To change the text Navigate to products > attributes > edit attribute and change the attribute title.

    For the variations, please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Hi, but the website is Live, I cannot simply leave deactivated plugins and wait hours for your response. I gave you my login details you asked for, can you please solve the problem?

    Hi, thanks, but I don’t know what you did set up. Can you please describe, how you created the product? Also, when I clicked on silver color – our logo showed up – please see the screenshot attached. And last but not least, please do not public these test products. I have customers coming to my website, it’s a live website so I don’t want to confuse them with these test products. Thank you

    Hi, ok, thank you, I just used your test product and used it for my product. It worked, thank you. Can you please also advise me how to add related products to the product? I would like to add silk sleeping masks. Thank you

    Hello,

    Related Products is a section on some templates that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.

    These products cannot be specified in the admin, but can be influenced by grouping similar products in the same category or by using the same tags.
