    Hello Support Team,

I’m reaching out for assistance with an issue I’m experiencing in my online WordPress store, where I use WPML to translate my site into Arabic. Unfortunately, I’m unable to locate certain words or phrases for translation.

Here are the specific issues I’m encountering:

Some words are not appearing in the String Translation section.
The missing words are also not visible under Texts not selected for translation.
I’ve already tried a few troubleshooting steps, including scanning my theme and plugins in Theme and Plugins Localization and checking Translate texts in admin screens in the String Translation settings. Unfortunately, I’m still unable to locate these missing strings.

Could you please advise me on the best steps to identify and translate these texts? Any guidance you could provide would be greatly appreciated, as this issue is impacting the full localization of my site.

Thank you in advance for your support.

    Best regards,
    Eman

    Hello eman,

Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.

+ In order to change / translate words. Please make sure you synced the strings first before changing / translating WooCommerce, WoodMart Core plugins and WoodMart theme. You can refer to article

    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-make-woodmart-multilingual-with-wpml/

+ You are also need to select the language for the backend and theme settings for admin from the admin user profile, please edit the user’s profile and then select the language for that user it will show the same on the backend.

+ Some strings related to Wishlist / Compare / Login & Register page, you can change in Theme Settings > Shop or Theme Settings > My account https://prnt.sc/W8Tt95stG3YC

    Kind Regards,
