To apply the “bordered grid” design on the pages, open the page editor with WP Bakery. Navigate to the settings for Products (grid or carousel), go to the Design tab, and enable the “bordered grid” option.

I have found that the border on grid is working fine on both pages, shop and the other page you have shared in the private content. The both pages has the same border on the product grids.
Now what do you want to do? I did not understand your requirement properly?
