Using the same category for cross selling on every product

Hello , my client wants to cross sell items in the cart from a specific category on each and every product.

Could you provide a php snippet that would take a category id and then show items from that specific category on the cart page for every product? Or if it can be done in any other way, adding it manually for every product is not an option.
