Yes, I have checked the CSS but this is not related to our theme. This is related to the server or hosting that you are using for the site.
Are you using any 3rd party plugin for this, if yes, then please contact the plugin author support about this issue. They will check the issue and solve it for you. This is not related with the theme. I hope you can understand our limitations and Envato support policy.
