We are encountering several issues with our website and require your prompt assistance. Below is a detailed list of the problems we need help resolving:
1. Checkout Page Customization
We need to simplify our checkout form by removing unnecessary fields and retaining only the following:Full Name*
Country / Region* (auto-selected to Pakistan)
Street Address*
Town / City*
Phone*
Email Address (optional with auto-filled default: [private] if skipped)
Order Notes (optional)
2. Footer & Slider Responsiveness on Mobile
Footer items should be collapsible and expand upon clicking their headings.
The homepage slider is not responsive across all devices, and no controls are available to adjust background images accordingly. Please advise on making this slider fully responsive.
3. Product Gallery Not Displaying
The product gallery is not showing on the product page, which is crucial for customer experience. Please assist in making it visible.4. Read More Button for Category Descriptions
We need a “Read More” button on the category page descriptions after 7–10 lines. This will enhance the user experience and maintain SEO benefits. Currently, the full description is displayed, which is not visually appealing.5. Semantic SEO Issue in Sidebar Widget Titles
On archive pages, the sidebar widget titles (“Product Categories” and “Price Filter”) are currently marked as <h5>. Please change them to <span> to improve our Semantic SEO structure.6. Unwanted Content on a Single Product Page
Despite deleting an HTML block, the “Application Method” section still appears under product descriptions on single product pages. Kindly assist in removing this residual content.7. Buy Now Button on Single Product Page
We need a “Buy Now” button alongside the “Add to Cart” button on the single product page, redirecting users directly to the checkout. This is vital for improving our conversion rate.8. Track My Order Implementation
Please provide guidance on implementing a “Track My Order” feature on our website, as it’s an essential tool for enhancing customer experience.We appreciate your immediate attention to these issues and look forward to your swift response.

1. Make changes in the checkout form, you have to use the custom layout for the checkout form and add your required fields in it.
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/checkout-page-builder/2. I have found that you are using the HTML block in the Footer, so it is not possible to make the THML block elements on the footer to make them collapsible for mobile.
To set the sliders slides responsive, you should go to Slider >> Slides >> Edit the Slides one by one and set the size of the image according to the devices: https://ibb.co/fp6qTr5

4. You can create an HTML block, use Collapsible content feature and add it into the category Description.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
