    Hello,

    i’m really thrilled about the new update, i was waiting for a ling time. the problem is that i can’t find all the information i had on a develop machine.
    all the style information was missing, and even if I follow the instruction you told us in back end the page was quite perfect, while in front end it miss completely the style.
    could be a compatibility issue with elementor?
    i would like to cancel the subscription with the builder and create all with guthenbergs.

    the three screenshot show the problem with the footer: in the first one it was made with elementor, in the second screenshot you can see just the link of the footer (using guthenberg) and in the third shot the footer was add to the first page (first page done with elementor).

    another issue i found was about the last product. as you can see in the last screenshot i add the 4 column to the search page. if i tried to do the same with gutenberg the style was totaly a mess, bigger image and most of all not a clear call to action.

    am I missing some extra info and option, maybe because it wasn’t a clear installation?

    Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. Also, switch to the parent theme in Appearance -> Themes. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    Is there any chance we can do really quickly because we used to work with the website. So I would like to do when my client won’t use it. Could you please tell me the time of your service? Maybe with the time delay I can do it outside the work time.

    As we can see, some extra plugins are still turned on. Please disable them and switch to the parent theme in Appearance -> Themes

    done it,
    just one plugin can’t turn it off (but i turned it off the principal)

    We see that you are using deprecated Elementor sections that are no longer supported https://take.ms/Le8pl
    Try to rebuild the footer with new Elementor containers and check how it works. Let me know if it helps.

    no no i would like to do without elementor.
    i want to leave that page builder…

    In this case, follow our documentation and start rebuilding your website with Gutenberg. Then you will be able to completely uninstall the Elementor. https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-use-gutenberg-with-woodmart/
