Edit text: 'Shopping Cart'

    Hello,

    I need to edit the text ‘Shopping Cart’ when you add a product to the cart. I don’t want to translate it. I made a similar change for the cookie button text on the file template-tags.php but I cannot not find the option for change the word ‘Shopping Cart’ there. Can you please tell me the file where I can modify this?
