User Registration Email Not Recieved

    Hello Team,

    I’m facing an issue with the first user registration email. All the other emails are working, but a notification email is not receiving to admin when a user first create an account for making a purchase on my Woodmart store. I’ve checked all the configurations and also on woocommerce a notification admin email is enabled.

    I’ll highly appreciate the help.

    Hello,

    The functionality for sending emails with notifications is a WordPress feature, and the theme does not affect it. To ensure that this is not an issue with the theme, please make a full backup of your site and switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront.
