relevanssi not finding products

    I have relevanssi installed. It shows the Ajax results as I type but if I click enter it shows no products found.
    this happens on only some searches, when you use a part of a sku. if you use the whole sku it redirects to the page with the single product, but if you put in a part of the sku, even though the Ajax finds the product it doesn’t redirect or show you to that product on the results page.

    Hello,

    I have checked the SKU SB6310STRX on your site, and it is working correctly. When entered, it redirects to the single product page as expected. The issue you’re experiencing seems to be with partial SKU searches.

    yes, so with the partial sku like 7138 the Ajax shows results, but when I click enter, the results page is empty, no products found. We know products were found though, because Ajax showed several examples of products that should be shown in the results.
