Hello. I am facing an issue with the promo popup, I’ve tried everything I know but I couldn’t make it work. For some time now, the promo popup appears, but it’s just a black image. What do I need to do to make it work correctly?
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

I noticed that if promo-popup is disabled it is still displayed
I cleared the cache for each test.
but the problem is still there.
Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back. Also, Please disable CDN temporarily and clear the server cache.
