Blank page when click on “Show all the results” in search engine

    Hello, when doing a search we got a critical error on the web, we have disconnected Complianz and really simple ssl and it does not happen anymore. The only thing is that when you click on the bottom button of the search engine ”Show all results” leads to a blank page as attached in the screenshot.

    We have disconnected plugins and moved to parent and child theme and the same thing happens, I do not know if we have skipped something.

    Example, when you search NZI

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    Hi, I have switched everything off again except woodmart core, WP Bakery and woo and it comes out as in screen 1, you see the sidebar but no search results. When activating GTM4WP you see the screen completely blank below the title.

    We have tried with the parent and child theme with the same results.

    Also if we activate Complianz or really simple SSl we get a Critical error (3).

    To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you provide me temporary FTP info (server, username, password, port) to Private Content area, I need to enable debug log and this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns in a more efficient.

    I am appreciate your patience.

    I see an error on his site due to insufficient memory on the server, because you have a lot of widgets on the shop page. This problem also exists with the default Product Attribute widget when there are a lot of them and you have a lot of products on the site.

    In this case, we recommend increasing the server memory or reducing the number of widgets on the shop page. You can also make a custom search page without widgets through Woodmart Layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder.
