    Hi, I’m trying to translate my website from English to Georgian using the woodmart-ka.po and woodmart-ka.mo files, which I uploaded via GlotPress. I’m doing everything correctly, but the website still doesn’t translate.

    I’d also like to mention that the folder wp-content/languages/themes does not exist in my FTP — only wp-content/languages/ is present.

    I manually created the themes folder, but it still didn’t work.

    All settings are correct, and the site’s general language is set to Georgian, but the site still doesn’t translate.

    Please help me figure out what’s going wrong.

    In your case, it should be – woodmart-ka_KA.mo, also the same language should be enabled in Dashboard -> Settings -> https://prnt.sc/vqUXlJMlx3h8

    If you are unable to do that, send me access to the admin panel so I will upload those files, just let me know which language you use.

    Hello,

    Those files may not have the full translation so you can translate other text via Loco Translate – https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/translate-woodmart-theme-with-loco-translate/

    As for the Glotpress, as soon as you translate all text, you can mention here about that and I will contact the developers and ask them to apply the changes you sent.

    Now none of the strings are visible. Only 4 strings are visible.

    Hello,

    You do not need to use the child theme in Loco Translate – https://prnt.sc/s0xj7kyoMXIW . Use only the WoodMart theme. There is no translation because it seems it’s empty now – https://prnt.sc/a-jVWphGdI_e

    Please clarify, did you update WordPress?

    The main problem is the marked problem.

    I just restored it and when I tried it, it said woodmart.pot is missing

    It’s understandable, but when I press sync, it doesn’t translate.

    OK: Strings up to date with woodmart.pot

    When I translate any string in woodmart, it doesn’t actually show up on the site.

    I think it’s because it has a child theme activated, isn’t that why?
