Assistance Needed – Translate WoodMart Theme to French

    Hello WoodMart Support,

    I am using the WoodMart theme for my website, which is in French (Français). However, the theme settings and certain elements are still in English. I have followed your guide to translate the theme, but it hasn’t fully worked.

    Could you please assist me in ensuring that all theme settings and text are correctly translated into French?

    I also need a help to add a sidebar on the shop page, I have follow your guide and added the sidebar in theme setting > product archive > sidebars
    also edit page and make the sidebar setting inherit but its not working for me, there is no shopbar on the shop page, please tell me whats the issue

    1. Clarify which fields you cannot translate.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

    There are many parts of the website still in English, and I want them to be in French. For example, you can check the cart, checkout, and my account pages. I can’t list everything one by one — I simply want all default content to appear in French when the website language is set to French, except for the custom sections we’ve built using the page builder.

    Please check my website and help me with this — it’s very urgent.

    Secondly, I’ve created a separate menu for mobile, but the submenus are not working on mobile devices. Kindly check this issue as well. You already have login access to my website.

    Thanks, but you ignore the second issue regarding mobile submenu? Why its not working on the mobile? Even I have created separate menu for mobile

    I’m honestly not sure why your support is getting worse day by day. This submenu issue should’ve been a quick fix, it’s a basic function, and I’ve mentioned it multiple times already, yet it continues to be ignored. Now, you’re not even responding.

    Another major problem: when we set our website language to French, why are there still so many default elements showing in English? This is unacceptable. I’ve attached a screenshot from just one page, not even a full page—and you can clearly see multiple items still in English. Why hasn’t this been properly translated?

    It’s not even the weekend, yet your responses are extremely delayed. I’ve purchased 10–15 WoodMart theme licenses, and I’m genuinely starting to regret it. If this issue isn’t resolved within the next 24 hours, I’ll leave feedback from all my theme accounts.

    1. In the mobile menu element in the Header builder, I have enabled the “Show HTML Blocks” option and now the menu shows the submenus – https://prnt.sc/BuV97oM4W7Wn , https://prnt.sc/aBwpgi18BHzv

    2. The thing is that the translations from https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/ don’t have fully translated files https://prnt.sc/zHFE4G68Ybai so as a result you need translate manually those fields that are not translated after installing those translation files.

    Some strings can be translated via Loco -> Themes -> Woodmart and those strings that are from WooCommerce can be translated via Loco -> Plugins -> WooCommerce
