If you want to translate the site only in one language, then you should use the loco Translate plugin on the site.

Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

Also, for the other words translation, you should give me the full access of the site you have not set the correct language file name, you have set the Portuguese Brazil language but use the wrong translation file, you should set the name to woodmart-pt_BR.po and .mo files then the translation will work: https://ibb.co/C3NzNKsd

Your issue has been solved. I have set up the theme translation files in the wp-content/languages/loco/themes folder. Please check the site now after removing the browser cache.

As I already told you, I have just renamed the translation files, changed the path of the translation files and set them in the wp-content/languages/loco/themes directory.

If you want to translate the site into other languages like Portuguese, German, and Spanish, then you have to use the WPML plugin. Without the WPML plugin, you can not translate the site into Multi languages.

Your issue has been solved. Please check the site now after removing the browser cache. I have just renamed the German language translation files in the Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Rename the German Langauge file and now the words are translated on the site.

If you want to use the default Thank you page then you need to make sure that the checkout page is not modified with page builder – it shouldn’t state page builder there).

You need to edit this page, and remove all blocks. Then define such a shortcode for the checkout: https://take.ms/8yG9B and test how it works.

If the issue remains, please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
