Issue with activating native variation swatches in Woodmart

    Hello,

    I am having an issue with the native variation swatches in Woodmart. Even though I have enabled the swatches option in the theme settings, my variable products still display the default dropdown selectors for attributes such as Size and Color.

    Before I try to edit or reconfigure the attributes, I need to confirm something important: my store is synchronized with Odoo (ERP) for product and stock management. The synchronization relies on the existing attribute names and slugs (for example, “color”, “size”), and I cannot change or recreate them because this could break the sync or create mismatches in the product variants.

    Can you please guide me on how to safely activate the native Woodmart swatches without affecting my existing attributes and their connection with Odoo? Ideally, I only need to change the visual display (swatch style) while keeping the attribute data structure intact.

    Hello,

    Please use attribute swatches, which can be configured globally via Products > Attributes, instead of the default dropdowns. This will ensure the selected option name is displayed correctly.

    We have already tried following all the steps in the documentation you shared, but unfortunately we were not able to activate the native swatches.

    Hello,

    You need to choose one swatch type from products > attributes. Navigate to Products > Attributes, then click on “Configure terms” for the “TALLA” attribute.
    For each term (10.12, 14), set the Swatch Type to Text: https://ibb.co/svdRrfjM

    I have enabled the text swatch on your site in the “Polera Niño Fastlane Negro RipCurl” product. Please check back your site and visit this product.
