    Hello,

    am having an issue which after a customer proceed with a payment on checkout. The thank you page is not shown with the order details so the customer doesnt know if the ordered was received or not .

    Can you help me pleasE?

    The issue with the thank you page not showing order details after checkout in the WoodMart theme can be addressed by customizing the Thank you page layout using the theme’s page builder.

    You can create a custom thank you page layout by going to Dashboard > Layouts > Checkout, then adding a new layout with the type set to Thank you page

    it worked, but when i delete your admin account it doesnt work.

    Hello,

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Ensure that the correct Thank You page layout is assigned and published. If you created a custom Thank You page layout using the Layout Builder, make sure it is active and set properly.
    2. If you used Elementor to edit the Thank You page layout, verify that the layout is assigned to the Thank You page location in WoodMart’s Layout Builder (Dashboard > Layouts > Checkout > Thank You page).
    3. Clear all caching plugins and your browser cache to ensure the latest changes are loaded.
    4 Test the checkout process using a test order to confirm the Thank You page displays correctly with order details.

    If it doesn’t help, please send us your actual admin access so we can check what is wrong.

    am using the default page . As you can see form the screenshot i have enabled it , but i still getting wrong page. It doesnt show it.

    there was a guy previously who fixed this without disabling any plugin. The website is in production and is not possible to disabled the plugins.

    As we can see, it is caused by some of the installed plugins since everything is configured correctly. We need to test this with the default theme and without plugins to find the root of the problem.
