Hi how can i show featured products before the newest products of a category?

Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder, you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category and use the products grid or carousel widget and choose the data source “Featured Products’’. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.

I wil use the layout builder how can i show the filter like this shown in the photo, when i try it the filter isnt contained in a box but is out in the open .
