Custom tab content not showing for specific products

Hi ,
We’re trying to set up a custom tab called Technical specifications with different content for each product.
We followed this guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/ and created few custom tabs.
In Products → Custom Tabs, we edited each tab and set conditions like:
Comparison condition: Include
Condition type: Single product ID
Condition query: (entered correct product ID)
The tab title shows up fine on the product page, but the content doesn’t appear — it’s just blank. We’re using Elementor for product layouts.
Is there a specific way to make the tab content show correctly for individual products? Any extra steps needed when using Elementor?

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check and give you a possible solution.

we have created a “staging website” and deactivated all the 3rd party plugins.
The issue still remains. It doesnt show the content of the tab on the desktop, however it still works (and it worked before) on the mobile devices. So maybe it has something to do with Desktop rendering.

Try to create an HTML Block for products. Then, Navigate to Products > Edit Product.
- Scroll down to Product Settings > Tabs.
- Here, you can create and customize tabs specifically for that individual product.

However, can you please also check if the initial approach (using a CustomTab in the Products without using HTML blocks works too?). I mean, can it be the bug?
As the custom tab is shown on the mobile devices but not desktop, and after deactivating of all the plugins it still the same

Previously we have used the menu:
Products -> Custom Tabs
But for some reason the menu item is not in the staging website.
You may check 2 screenhots, one (dev10) has a clear menu “Custom Tabs” under the Products parent menu. However, the staging website (dev-10-st-2) doesnt have it in the menu.
Anyways, can you please if there is any bug in this functions (adding of the custom tabs) and please provide an exact instructions of how to add the custom tabs to the products. Meaning the officially supported way of doing it.

This is the theme documentation how to add custom tabs in the Woodmart theme:

But on your site the custom tabs are hidden but still showing the custom one. Please try to reinstall the theme, Please download the latest version from your account on ThemeForest and reinstall the theme, replacing all the files via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new.
