This is a sticky header effect, “Stick on scroll”. Navigate to WoodMart > Header Builder > Edit current Header > Click on the Settings button > Sticky header tab, and in the Sticky effect choose the option “Slide after Scroll down”: https://ibb.co/Mxk68LTN
