chargement issues + spam baneer

website takes a long time to load, add to that a major security issue, photos are uploaded to my media library, and now there is a spam banner that appears when loading

01. Our theme is optimized for speed and should not significantly slow down your website. However, it’s possible that your website’s performance is affected by the content you have added. For instance, the use of too many plugins, large unoptimized images, or other resources can slow down your website.

02. You can disable the banner (Promo Popup) from Theme Settings > General > Promo Popup.
If the pop-up still appears afterward, please check whether you have any third-party pop-up plugins active, as it might be generating the pop-up instead.
