Text block has stopped showing on single product pages

    I added a text block underneath the product description which worked ok until today. The text block is still showing on the backend product pages, but is not showing on the individual products online. I haven’t changed any settings.

    Hello,

    01. You are using a Custom Single Product layout, which is built with the WoodMart WooCommerce builder.

    Navigate to Layouts > edit the layout > and add the product content or product tabs widget to show the description.

    The product content seems to have worked. The extra description is back under my ‘features’ on each product.

    I have installed and activated the Classic Widgets plugin, but when I have dragged a widget to the a page it will not save. The saving circle just keeps on revolving. The widget section also has the filter by price widget which doesn’t show, plus the Woodmart Woocommerce Layered Nav widget but they do not appear on the pages.

    Hello,

    Please make sure that you are editing the correct widget area assigned to your shop page widget area under Appearance > Widgets.

    If the issue remains, share the wp logins details so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    The Widgets are in the Shop Page Widget Area. The price filter and the Woodmart Layered Nav Size and Brand widgets are there. I would like the price filter, then a category widget in the product categories page.

    Is it possible to just show the sub-categories on each category page? ie if the page I was looking at was kitchen appliances. could the menu widget just show the sub categories of washers, microwaves, dishwashers etc?

    Hello,

    Your issue has been resolved. Please review your site and check the archive pages — the price filter and attribute filters are now displaying correctly. I have assigned the Shop Page Widget Area sidebar within the custom layout of the archive page to fix the issue.

    You can configure the Product Categories widget to display only subcategories of the current category. To do this, edit your sidebar widget, select the “Show only children of the current category” option, and save the changes.
