3, I need to delete the first lane of items which can’t be clicked actually which is a waste of space.

To add an Order Tracking button, go to > Pages > Add New, create a new page, and insert the shortcode:
[woocommerce_order_tracking]
Then, you can add this page to your main menu (including the mobile menu) via Appearance > Menus.
To remove the Brand Filter, navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Shop page widget area and remove the Brands Filter widget.
