What is the default setting of this row and carousel? I cant design like you. Can you help me? If you do this for me I will really happy because I cant set like you this first row after slide and categories. Please check attachements. Only need featured products design 2 image and 3 row.

Hello,
Enter the Design tab and set 3 columns. Set grid instead of the carousel and check the hove on product effect.
