Urgent: Logo Change Not Reflecting on Live Site (Prebuilt Theme: Pets)

I recently updated the website logo from the default WoodMart logo to our custom logo. However, the change is not appearing on the live website.
The issue is occurring with the Pets prebuilt website template. Could you please look into this and help resolve the problem as soon as possible?
