I need help because the site is responding very slowly.

Hello, I’m asking for help to speed up my site as much as possible.
I know I have many plugins installed, and this could potentially slow down the site’s response, but I don’t want to have set some Woodmart options incorrectly for WP Rocket.

I also have a question I can’t seem to find an answer to:
When I navigate between pages on the site and click on any link (or menu item), there’s a delay of a few seconds before the preloader starts, and when the preloader spinner appears, it appears jerky and not smooth. Is this normal?

Our theme is optimized for speed and should not significantly slow down your website. However, it’s possible that your website’s performance is affected by the content you have added. For instance, the use of too many plugins, large unoptimized images, or other resources can slow down your website.
