koctina1999ParticipantHello. I replaced the bottom menu, but for some reason the “categories” item isn’t showing up. I also changed the settings so the categories menu was on the left. It initially appeared on the left, but then it moved back to the right, even though the settings didn’t change.

Regarding the mobile bottom navbar, navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Page Title > Mobile Categories Layout and select “Hidden Sidebar.”. And check the categories menu on the shop page in the Mobile Bottom Navbar.
For the categories position, navigate to WoodMart -> Header builder -> Mobile layout -> edit the “Mobile menu” element and swap the menu: https://ibb.co/v6qnPDrK

koctina1999ParticipantI already wrote to you yesterday that I had done all of this. And my screenshot clearly shows that the swap selector is enabled. Also, you haven’t answered the question – why isn’t the category displayed in the bottom menu if it’s been added in the settings?
1. The categories should be on the left; I followed all the settings correctly.
2. The categories are not displayed in the bottom menu, even though they have been added to the menu.Attachments:

koctina1999ParticipantWhere can I change the color? I’ve already changed it in all the menus.

01. Your issue has been resolved. You are using a custom header for the home page that is why you have not changed the position on the home page header. Now I have enabled the option in the “Header Decor” and it is changing on the home page. Please check back your site and check the issue.
02. Regarding the categories menu in the mobile bottom navbar, navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Page Title > Mobile Categories Layout and select “Hidden Sidebar.”. And check the categories menu on the shop page in the Mobile Bottom Navbar.
03. Please tell me what you actually want to change so I can check and give you a possible solution.

01. To change menu font color settings:
Navigate to Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography
Create a new rule for the “Main Navigation Links” item.
Adjust the font settings as needed: https://ibb.co/h7NwMp5For detailed instructions, please refer to the documentation: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/advanced-typography-settings/
02. I have checked your site, and the shop is showing on the main page.

koctina1999ParticipantI sent you a screenshot from my phone!!! The Shop button isn’t showing up on my second phone either! Please fix it! I’ve been writing to you for a week now and still can’t get a solution to my problem.
Second question: I wasn’t asking you how to change the font color in the menu, I was asking how to change the gray background color of the menu and why it’s gray when the menu has a white background?
January 15, 2026 at 5:32 pm #704603
koctina1999ParticipantI have 3 related issues with the mobile header/menu, and I can’t solve them from theme settings / Elementor / cache.
1. Different mobile menus / categories depending on the page
On mobile I have a slide-out menu with two tabs: “MENU” and “CATEGORIES”.
The problem: categories are correct ONLY on the homepage, but on other pages (e.g. product-tag pages / category pages) the categories list is different/incorrect, as if another menu or another source is applied.Examples:
• Homepage (correct): https://new.cosmetics-spain.net
• Not correct: https://new.cosmetics-spain.net/product-tag/new/ (also other archive pages)I need the SAME mobile menu + SAME categories list on ALL pages (exactly like on the homepage).
2. “Shop” button missing on the mobile bottom bar (only on homepage)
On two different phones, the bottom mobile bar on the homepage does NOT show the “Shop” button (icons row like: Shop / Wishlist / Cart / My account). It appears incorrectly or is missing on the homepage for at least 2 devices.
Please advise what controls this bottom bar and how to force it to display correctly on the homepage as well.
3. Mobile menu background color doesn’t change
I’m trying to change the background color of the mobile menu / tabs area (the gray background behind MENU/CATEGORIES and the slide-out panel UI).
Support responses mention font color, but I do NOT need font color — I need the background color of the menu panel / tabs area. I tried theme settings + Elementor styling, but it stays the same. What I already tried:
• WoodMart Theme Settings → Styles & Colors and other sections (no effect on this mobile panel background)
• Elementor global styles / widget styles (doesn’t apply)
• LiteSpeed Cache purge (including “Empty Entire Cache”) and browser hard refreshJanuary 16, 2026 at 5:25 am #704638
koctina1999Participantthe menu should be light
January 16, 2026 at 1:26 pm #704698Hello,
01. The shop button is showing fine in the mobile bottom navbar. Please clear the browser cache/ site cache and check the issue. If the issue persists on your second mobile phone, please let me know which device and browser you are using so I can investigate further.
02. Can you please share a screenshot which gray background you want to change in the menu.
For the other new questions, can you please create a new topic to avoid confusion?Note: Please create new topics for each issue in the support system to avoid any confusion.

koctina1999ParticipantI’m tired of writing the same thing over and over again!!!! You’re not solving the problem. Why does clicking the menu (the three bars on the left side of the screen) on the shop page (https://new.cosmetics-spain.net/shop/) open the wrong categories? But everything is correct on the main page (https://new.cosmetics-spain.net) ! I’ve written about this several times already. And this is related to the topic I’m writing to and I’m not getting any help.

Your issue has been resolved. Check back your site and check the issue.
On the home page, you are using a custom header, which is why changes made in the default header do not affect it. WoodMart allows different headers for different pages: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-set-different-header-for-specific-page/
You can check this by editing the home page > scroll to the bottom page settings > you’ll see “Header Decor”. From there, you can edit this header or switch it to the default header: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/options-for-pages/
On the shop page, you are using the default header “Header Decor Overlap”. To fix the mobile menu categories there:
Edit the Header Decor Overlap header > edit the mobile menu settings > Choose the categories menu you want to display in the shop page.
Once you edit the correct header for each page, the menu will show the right categories.

koctina1999ParticipantI haven’t received a reply to post #705912. Where else should I write?
I’m using the WoodMart slider on the homepage, and it consistently reduces the Google PageSpeed score by ~10–15 points (both Mobile and Desktop). When I disable/remove the slider section, the score improves immediately, so the impact seems directly related to the slider implementation.
Could you please help me understand: 1. What exactly is causing the performance hit (e.g., JS/CSS size, render-blocking resources, DOM complexity, lazy-load behavior, LCP element being inside the slider, preload settings, etc.)? 2. What is the recommended way to optimize this slider in WoodMart without removing it?
What I’m looking for (ideally): • Best-practice settings for WoodMart slider to improve LCP / reduce main-thread work. • How to ensure images in the first slide are properly optimized (preload / fetchpriority, correct sizing, lazy-load for non-first slides). • Whether the slider loads unused JS/CSS globally and if there’s a way to load it conditionally only on the homepage. • Any known issues/conflicts with optimization plugins (e.g., LiteSpeed Cache) and the safest settings to avoid breaking the slider while improving PageSpeed. • If there is a lighter alternative inside WoodMart recommended for performance.January 27, 2026 at 12:07 pm #706231Hello,
