    Hello,

Navigate to Theme Settings > Performance > Preloader and enable it. This way, the preloader will show until the entire page is fully loaded, improving the user experience: https://ibb.co/3mgd6dr1

If the issue remains, share the wp logins details so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Hello,

I’ve checked your site and the images are not actually “jumping.” What’s happening is that they load when the cursor passes over them because of the lazy load behavior.

When lazy load is enabled, It delays loading images until they enter the viewport or get interaction, so moving the cursor across the page triggers the load and it looks like a jump.

For more details follow this guide how it works: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/image-lazy-loading/
