Since you are using a Custom Single Product Layout, the fields from Product Settings > Layout > Extra content block will not appear automatically on the frontend.
You need to add it inside the layout itself:
Navigate to > Layouts > Single Product Layout > Edit with Elementor > Add the widget Product Extra Content Block > Place it where you want the specifications / extra content to appear
Screenshot reference: https://postimg.cc/NLQHSNbp
After that, the content you assign per product will display correctly on the frontend.
Documentation: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Tabs are missing in the layout editor
In the Layout Builder, only default WooCommerce tabs (Description, Reviews, Additional Information) are available by default.
Your Delivery tab is a custom tab, so it does not appear automatically in the layout editor. Custom tabs are managed from Products > Custom Tabs. From there you can add, edit, or remove custom tabs globally.
Please check this manual:https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/custom-tabs/

You create ONE Single Product template. Then every product automatically uses that layout.
But the Description, Additional Information, Specifications, etc. are filled per product, not inside the template. That means content will NOT be duplicated, as long as you edit it from the product itself, not from the template. Do not write product text inside Elementor widgets like static Text Editor blocks inside the template, because then all products will show the same text.
Edit each product’s own content, Go to Products > All Products > Edit and add the Product title, Product description, Product short description, Product data > Attributes (specification in your layout)etc .
Regarding the specification section in your layout, navigate to Layouts > Edit single product layout with the page builder that you are using.
Here, you can edit the specification section and choose the data source whose attributes you want to display.
https://ibb.co/JwwrhcNMThese are product attributes that can be edited and configured for each product individually.
Here is our documentation on how to use Layouts in our theme: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

01. Thanks for your patience. Right now, the reason all products are showing the same description is because the content was added inside the Single Product Layout template, not inside each product itself. Anything you write in the layout is global and appears on every product.
What you actually want is:
Each product has its own unique description. Editing one product should not affect other products.
Navigate to Products > All Products >Click Edit on Sonos Era 100 Smart Speaker and add the product description here.
See this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/nCBkCGPJ
Repeat the same for every product. Each one will keep its own content.
02. Regarding the image from the border, I have not seen any border on your site.
Could you please elaborate on your concern more with some highlighted, useful screenshots so that we can better understand and assist you accordingly with what you actually want?
03 Regarding the coupon number, currently, it is not showing on your site in a single product page.
04. Regarding the black and white attributes on your single product page under the specification section, these are actually product attributes added to your product.
See this screenshot: https://ibb.co/tTZ3vKmP, where the attributes added on your site in the “Sonos Era 100 Smart Speaker Black” product:
These are product attributes that can be edited and configured for each product individually.
05. Regarding the accordion in your layout, when you add an Accordion widget inside the Single Product Layout and type text there, that content becomes global, so every product shows the same “Sonos 100” text.
So you should not write product-specific text inside the layout, even inside an accordion. If you want to add different content in every product, you can create an HTML Block and use it from product settings in the bottom of the edit product page: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/
See Screenshot for better understanding: https://postimg.cc/XGbMZsvg
To show this content, you need to make sure the related widget is added in the layout: https://postimg.cc/NLQHSNbp

KevCh8ParticipantThank you so much for your response, truly appreciate it. I now sort of understand but there are still problems as seen in screenshot. I have created a screenshot for you to see exactly what I did creating Custom Tabs and within the Tab HTML Blocks – it is NOT appearing in My Sonos Era 100 Product frontend for customers to see….
