zuczkowski.matParticipantHi, I’m trying to add a size guide table that I’ve already created and assigned to a category, but it’s not displaying and I don’t know why.
I also have a problem with the filters sidebar. Currently, I have the off-canvas sidebar activated with a button, but I would like the filters to be visible and open by default on desktop, next to the products, without needing to click the button. How can I do that?

zuczkowski.matParticipantI managed to add the size chart to the product using Elementor and the single product template, but I still don’t know how to change the filters so that they are always open and visible, instead of sliding out. I want them to stay open permanently, like in the standard layout.

Since you’re using the off-canvas filter in the theme settings, it is designed to slide out by default. To have filters always open on desktop, you need to switch to the standard sidebar layout:
Navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Sidebar > choose the sidebar position and disable the option “Off canvas sidebar for desktop”.

This will display filters in the sidebar on the desktop, fully visible, without the slide-out behavior. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Maybe you are using a Custom Product archive layout, which is built with the WoodMart WooCommerce builder.
Navigate to Layouts > edit product archive layout and add the sidebar in the layout directly to show filters in the sidebar.

zuczkowski.matParticipantOkay maybe i will change that, but i have serious problem, on mobile when i click -> chlopcy and when I click on filters, the whole filter appearance is broken, on other subpages I don’t see this problem even though they are the same product. Only on mobile on PC browser mobile view it looks good but on real mobile it’s broken

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.

zuczkowski.matParticipantHello another problem here, I have a list on the home page that downloads products with the “new” label. The problem is that it doesn’t respond at all. If I remove the “new” label, the product is still there and doesn’t disappear. What’s the problem?

zuczkowski.matParticipantFrom what I can see, I found what’s causing this problem. The product, which has two color variants, is breaking down despite the new label being removed and doesn’t react or disappear as it should. I think this is the cause. Can you fix it?

Navigate to > Products > Edit product and make sure none of the products have the “New” label enabled or a specific date that keeps it active: https://postimg.cc/Hrhqr7Yk
If you have automatic “New” labels enabled (Theme Settings > Shop > Product Labels > Automatic “New” label period), ensure the product is not still within that period.
