    Hi,

I am trying to build an additional specifications section for my product page layout. I want it to be within an accordion, so I plan to create an HTML block for the Accordion that has “Product additional information table” within it.

But I can see you do not allow the use of this element “Product additional information table” within HTML block?

Can you help me with this, or offer an alternative method to building this dropdown additional specifications section for my product page layout.

    Hello,

You need to create an HTML block: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/

Then set the Additional tab as the global: one and the same for all the products: Theme Settings > Single Product > Tabs.

For more details, follow this guide how to create custom tabs: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/custom-tabs/

If you want to set different tabs for different products, you need to create as many HTML blocks as many products you have and select the HTML block for each product in the single product settings: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/product-page-options/

    Hi,

You have not understood my question. I am using Single product Layouts to build this. That is not the issue.

The issue is: I cannot use the Themos Element “PRODUCT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TABLE” within HTML Block? see screenshots

    Hello,

    Thank you for the clarification.

You are correct: the “Product Additional Information Table” element cannot be used inside an HTML Block. This is expected behavior.

HTML Blocks are static content containers and do not support dynamic product elements. The “Product Additional Information Table” is a dynamic WooCommerce element that pulls product-specific data (attributes), so it can only be used directly inside the Single Product Layout Builder, not inside an HTML Block.

    Best Regards,
