marzieh.dolatshahiParticipantI am currently working with the Woodmart theme and I noticed that I am missing a specific portfolio layout. I would like to use the layout shown on the following page:
https://woodmart.xtemos.com/portfolio/rhoncus-quisque-sollicitudin/
However, I cannot find this layout in my installation, and I am not sure how to enable or import it.
Could you please let me know:
Whether this layout is included in the theme by default?
If it requires a specific demo import?
Or if there are additional settings I need to activate?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Kind regards,
MarziehFebruary 27, 2026 at 1:36 pm #710175Hello,
The page you referenced is a Single Project page layout, not a separate portfolio template.
Please navigate to:Projects > All Projects
And check the project named “rhoncus-quisque-sollicitudin”. That layout is assigned at the single project level.
If you do not see it on your site, it may not have been imported with your current demo.
In that case, please share the correct WP-Admin login details so I can check your installation and provide a proper solution.

February 28, 2026 at 9:37 am #710280Hello,
01. Please check this URL: https://madebywilliam.jouwdemowebsite.nl/project-cat/deuren/, This is your portfolio page layout.
02. The portfolio archive can’t be edited with Elementor. Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder, you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart, and Checkouts and for portfolio pages. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

marzieh.dolatshahiParticipantHi,
Thank you for your response.
I would like to have exactly this layout as my portfolio layout:
https://woodmart.xtemos.com/portfolio/?opt=portfolio_infinitHowever, your explanation seems to describe something different from what I’m trying to achieve.
As you can see in the screenshot, I have already created a portfolio layout, but I’m not sure how to make it look exactly like the demo layout in the link above.
Could you please clarify how I can achieve this specific layout?
Thank you in advance for your support.
Kind regards,
MarziehAttachments:

To make the design look like the demo, navigate to Theme Settings > Portfolio > Portfolio Archive > Choose “Projects columns on desktop” and “choose Space between projects on desktop” and choose the Portfolio pagination “Load More button”: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/portfolio/

marzieh.dolatshahiParticipantHello,
I am honestly very frustrated at this point because I cannot understand why the single project layout is not loading the correct images dynamically.
In the Portfolio section, whenever I open any project, I keep seeing the same two static images. This is NOT what I want. Each project should display its own related images dynamically.
I have already tried to solve this myself. I installed the ACF plugin so I could assign separate dynamic images for each project. I properly added the fields and uploaded different images per project. However, the layout still does not show them — it keeps displaying the same fixed images.
This completely defeats the purpose of having dynamic project content. I need the single project page to pull the correct images for each individual project, not show hardcoded static ones.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. This is urgent and blocking my progress.
Thank you.

March 3, 2026 at 5:39 pm #710703Hello,
I understand your frustration — thank you for the detailed explanation.
The reason this is happening is that you are using a custom layout for the Single Project page, and the images/content were added directly inside the Layout itself. Content added in the Layout is static, which means it will be the same for all projects.
That is why every project is showing the same two images.
If you want each project to display its own images dynamically, you should:
Edit each individual project (Projects > Edit Project)
Add the images/content directly inside the project editor. Please follow this guide on how it works: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/portfolio/

marzieh.dolatshahiParticipantHello,
Thank you for your response.
I understand what you are explaining, and I am exactly trying to do that. However, the issue is that a Single Project Layout has been assigned to every project. Because of that, I cannot edit each project individually with Elementor — the layout overrides the content for all projects.
That is the main problem.
Could you please check this directly in the dashboard at least once instead of referring me to the documentation link again? I have already reviewed the guide, but the issue seems to be related to how the layout is assigned, not how portfolio content works in general.
I would really appreciate it if you could take a closer look from your side.

March 3, 2026 at 6:21 pm #710714Hello,
Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.4.1 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

marzieh.dolatshahiParticipantI did the update but I see still the problem. Can you solve it? I must delivere this website previous week.
March 4, 2026 at 1:33 pm #710814Hello,
Your issue has been solved. I have deactivated all the 3rd party plugins from the site now activated only theme required plugins. Please try to edit the projects in the Elementor and add the content as per your requirements in each projects.
Best Regards.

marzieh.dolatshahiParticipantHello,
Thank you for fixing the previous issue. However, it seems that many of the edits I had made before are now gone.
I would like to be able to edit the portfolio page layout again. At the moment, all the images are stuck together with no spacing between them. I would like to have about 20px space between the images.
Previously, I was able to open and edit this page, but now it seems that I no longer have access to modify that layout.
Could you please help restore access to edit the portfolio page layout or let me know how I can adjust the spacing between the images?
Thank you.
Best regards,

1. You can easily enable and disable the Portfolio layout from the Layout section easily: https://ibb.co/pBPmkqzW
2. To edit the layout it is working fine and editing fine in the Elementor. https://ibb.co/zh3TcmyZ
3. Also, the single portfolio items are editable in the Elementor as well: https://ibb.co/vxQ305pD
Best Regards.
