digital.2026somosfullmarcasParticipantThe attached image shows a section that appears when you’re adding products to your cart and before checkout on the mobile version. I tried translating it into Spanish using Loco Translate, but none of the words in this section were found.
Where or how can I customize this section, or how can I translate it?
Thank you for your help!

Please use the Loco Translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin, please navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.
Also, please navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woocommerce >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.
Also, please navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woodmart-Core >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

1. Custom (recommended)
2. This is Loco’s protected folder under “wp-content/languages/loco/” which is safe from automatic updates and provides priority over the above locations.

If this folder doesn’t exist you may need to create it and ensure it has the correct permissions.

digital.2026somosfullmarcasParticipantHello,
I have shared the login details with you again, just change the username in the user field to the email I’ve left in the private data section.
Please also share which country you are in, so I can check if there might be a block on our hosting service.
Thank you!

digital.2026somosfullmarcasParticipantHello! Thank you for your help!
I see that the entire Spanish translation on the website has been done correctly, but we’re still missing the texts “Have a promo code?”, “Shipping,” and “Calculate,” as you can see in the attached image.
When I go into the LocoTranslate settings, I look for those words, but none of them appear.Note: Remember that this information appears after you add items to the cart and before you complete your purchase.
Where or how can we configure those sections, either to translate them or to remove them?

I have found that you are using the 3rd party plugin Woocommerce Side Cart Premium for this mini cart on the site, so you have to translate the Woocommerce Side Cart Premium plugin language file from Loco >> Plugins >> Edit the Woocommerce Side Cart Premium >> Edit the Spanish language file >> Find the words and translate them.
