I am using one of the contact form that came with the demo “Contact form alternative” but every time I submit a form, it gives an error that reads “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

When I checked using flamingo plugin, the forms came in to inbound messages…I want to ask if the error message a preset because I have checked the form, I cant find any error

Enter the form and switch to the “Mail” tab, you will see what error should be corrected http://prntscr.com/khgn4z

The problem still persist…I still don’t understand why the form is giving errors, even after correction what you sent to me.

Will you like to help me take a look?

while I wait for your response, I will try and create a new one a fresh

Hello,

When you create a new form, you will see this kind of email in the Mail tab <[email protected]> if you do not have, insert this changing “yourdomain” for your real domain.

Trust me, there is nothing I have not done…please see attached.

It may be good if you’ll help me look into this issue, I am getting frustrated already

Now I do not see any errors http://prntscr.com/kiwphd Everything should work well, if you have problems with mail sending, contact your host support to check mail settings.

This error says about some problem on your server. It doesn’t depend on our theme and you can easily check it switching to default WordPress theme. Could you please check it and write us about the result?
