Why on some pages I see this top banner image with the title, and on some I don’t? How can I remove it for all?

Hello,
The banner with the page title is the Page Title area in WoodMart.
In your case, some pages display it while others do not because those pages are built with Elementor and do not contain the Page Title widget. That is why the banner is not shown on those pages.
If you would like to remove the page title banner globally from all pages, please navigate to Theme Settings > Page Title and set the Page Title Design option to Disable.

You can also control the page title banner individually for specific pages from the page settings when editing the page.
