Bengali (bn_BD) Predefined Translation Not Downloading

    Hello XTemos Support,

    I’m using the latest version of the WoodMart theme with a valid, activated license.

    I’m trying to use the predefined Bengali (bn_BD) translation. I followed the documentation exactly:

    – Activated the theme with my purchase code.
    – Enabled Auto Update Translations in Theme Settings → Other.
    – Changed the WordPress Site Language to Bengali (bn_BD).
    – Went to Dashboard → Updates, clicked Check Again, and then Update Translations.
    – Also tried WoodMart → Tools → Status → Reset Translations and repeated the update process.

    Unfortunately, the theme is still not translated into Bengali. I also checked the wp-content/languages/themes/ directory, but I cannot find the Bengali translation files (woodmart-bn_BD.po, woodmart-bn_BD.mo, or similar).

    Could you please help me with the following?

    1. Is the Bengali (bn_BD) predefined translation currently available for the latest WoodMart version?
    2. If yes, why isn’t it being downloaded on my website?
    3. Is there a direct download link for the latest Bengali translation files (.po and .mo), or could you provide them?
    4. Are there any server requirements or known issues that could prevent the translation files from downloading?

    Thank you very much for your help with the Bengali translation. I really appreciate your support.

    Could you also let me know why the translation wasn’t working on my end? Was there something incorrect or missing in my setup, or was it an issue unrelated to my configuration?

    I’d like to understand the root cause so I can avoid running into the same problem in the future.

    Thanks for the follow-up.

    The issue occurred because Bengali (bn_BD) wasn’t included in the theme’s predefined translations yet. I created the translation and added it to your website. It will be included in the next WoodMart update.
