The reference site you send is not using a standard dynamic WooCommerce widget. Instead, it is using a custom HTML Brand Glossary / Directory structure styled into flex columns.

To achieve something like this, edit the page with page builder which you are using and add the brand widget: https://postimg.cc/kBSkdgvb

When you click on the brand it will redirect to the corresponding brand like the example site, if you want to have each brand page with custom content like the example you need to create a custom layout for each brand page.
