Version update problem

    Hi,
    I’m trying to update Basel theme to 4.3 version, but I’m getting this error message:
    PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Can you help me? Thank you!

    Hello,

    How do you update the theme: automatically or manually (Theme > Appearance > upload new)?

    Try to update your theme automatically: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/update-theme/

    If you updating by means of uploading the folder with the recent version, make sure your ZiP archive contains theme files but not an archive inside.

    Hi,
    I can not to activate automatic updates.
    On my Xtemos account don’t appear any domain activated, however on the site it is.

    Try to deactivate your website and activate it again.

    It works, thank you, however I still can not to update the version.
    Error message: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    It seems to be a problem with not enough memory limit on your server. Try to contact hosting providers for help or upload theme files manually via FTP or cPanel.
