    1. The slug format for shop & about pages is not usual. Normally it should be like example.com/shop but its showing example.com/?post_type=product and for about us page example.com/?page_id=65 giving a 404 error. how can this be rectified.

    2.How can the page title background image be changed since its cutting across all pages.

    01. I have checked your website and the URLs for both pages are currently using the normal WordPress permalink structure:

    * Shop: /shop/
    * About Us: /about-us/

    We are able to access both pages correctly, and they are not using the ?post_type=product or ?page_id=65 format.

    Please clear your browser and website/server cache and check the pages again from your side. If you are still seeing the old URLs or receiving a 404 error, please provide an exact URL where it occurs so we can investigate further.

    02. Navigate to Theme Settings > Page title > Change the background image. These settings will be used for all page titles.

    Also, if you want to change it only on the specific page, navigate to Pages > edit page > scroll down to Page Settings and check the Page title settings and upload the image.
