    Hi

Using the woocommerce product categories element allows me to add the categories in 6 columns nicely. However, when I use the actual woocommerce ‘recent products’ element it only displays products in 3 columns, despite showing options of ‘columns’ and setting it to 4, 5 or 6.

Is this something to do with the theme stopping the columns displaying right? I want to show the most recent 6 products on the homepage but in just one row of 6 products.

I would also like to use your categories element with 5 columns but it only gives the option for 4 or 6? Or at least centre them.

    Thanks

    Hi,

You need to use our Products carousel or grid element for this purpose. To show most recent products you just need to sort them by date.

5 columns grid for the categories element will be added in our next update soon.

    Thanks for the swift reply!

I have tried that but it displays one per row?

Also, why would the woocommerce one not work?

    Thanks

    Hello,

You need to set the number of columns in the Desing Tab of the Product Grid element. Here is more detailed instructions: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/product-grid-carousel-element/

Also, why would the Woocommerce one not work? What do you mean?

    Best Regards

Yes, unfortunately, this element doesn’t work because of our theme styles. There is no need to add extra CSS code only for this element since you are able to display any kind of products using our theme’s element.
